§ 20-53. Water and sewer taps.

(a)

Water taps for a five-eighths-inch to three-quarter-inch water tap shall be five hundred dollars ($500.00). The fee for a four-inch sewer tap shall be three hundred fifty dollars ($350.00).

(b)

The fee for a one-inch water tap shall be calculated based on the actual cost at the time a tap is requested plus an additional fee of seventy-five dollars ($75.00).

(c)

The fee for a two-inch water tap shall be calculated based on the actual cost at the time a tap is requested plus an additional fee of one hundred dollars ($100.00).

(d)

Water made outside the city limits of the city shall be the fee authorized under subsections (a), (b) and (c) herein plus an additional one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00).
