§ 20-75. Other prohibited materials.

Latest version.

It shall be unlawful to:
(1)

Deposit any hazardous waste or any special waste, as defined in this article, within the boundaries of the city's sanitary landfill.

(2)

Deposit tires of any size, within the boundaries of the city's sanitary landfill unless such tires have been shredded.

(3)

Deposit burning or smoldering material, of any kind, within the boundaries of the city's sanitary landfill.

(4)

Deposit junked, wrecked, dismantled or abandoned vehicles, within the boundaries of the city's sanitary landfill.
