§ 20-76. Compliance with laws.

(a)

Waste materials transported in vehicles entering the city's sanitary landfill must be covered in compliance with all local, state and federal ordinances, statutes and directives or such vehicles may be denied entrance to the landfill.

(b)

Use of the city's sanitary landfill shall be in compliance with all local, state and federal ordinances, statutes, and directives.
