§ 22-35. Restoration of surface; reimbursement to city.

After all site installation have been completed, a permittee under this article shall notify the city street department of such completion, and the city street department shall thereupon repair the street cutting and/or excavation and the permittee shall pay the city within ten (10) days of billing the actual cost of materials used and, in addition, the city repair fees of:
(1)

Fifteen dollars ($15.00) per hour per employee; and

(2)

Fifteen dollars ($15.00) per hour per vehicle.
