§ 22-36. Penalty for violation.

Latest version.

Any person violating any of the provisions of this article shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction, shall be subject to punishment as provided in section 1-7 of this Code of Ordinances. Each transaction in violation of any of the provisions hereof shall be deemed a separate offense.
