§ 3-2. Approval of certificate for permit or license.

Before the city secretary shall sign any certificate for an applicant for a permit or license required by the state alcoholic beverage code, each application will be submitted to the appropriate City departments, as determined by the city administrator, to ensure that the application complies with all city ordinances and regulations. Applications and permits will be kept on file with the city secretary's office.
