§ 4-48. Duty of motor vehicle operator to report accidents involving animals, fowl, livestock.

Any person who, as the operator of a motor vehicle within the city, strikes any animal, fowl, livestock, shall stop at once, render such assistance as may be practicable and report the accident to an appropriate law enforcement agency or the animal control [department.]
