§ 5-25. Effect of article on existing ordinances.

Latest version.

This article shall repeal the existing building ordinance but shall not repeal the provisions of any other existing ordinance of the city except such as are in direct conflict herewith, but all ordinances not in direct conflict herewith, shall be construed as cumulative of and in addition to the provisions of this article.
