§ 5-27. Penalty.

Any person violating any of the terms or provisions of this article shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and each day that such violation continues shall be a separate offense, and upon conviction shall be subject to punishment as provided in section 1-7 of this Code of Ordinances. In case of a violation of any of the terms or provisions of this article by any corporation, the officers and agents actively in charge of the business of such corporation, or the person actually performing the work shall be subjected to the penalty herein prescribed.
