§ 5-134. Penalty provisions.

Any person, firm or corporation violating this article or any portion thereof shall upon conviction be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not less than one dollar ($1.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) and each day that such violation continues shall be considered a separate offense and punishable accordingly.
