§ 7-150. Same—Review of board decision.

Any decision of the board of electrical examiners as to whether an applicant is qualified to take the examination or as to whether an applicant has passed the examination may be reviewed by the city council when, within ten (10) days after receiving notice of such decision, the dissatisfied applicant gives notice in writing to the city administrator that he desires a hearing before the city council. In cases which the city council deems meritorious, the ten-day period may be waived by the city council.
