§ 7-149. Same—Effect of failure to pass.

(a)

Waiting periods. In cases of failure to pass the examination, an applicant must wait ninety (90) days before being allowed to take another examination. A waiting period of six (6) months will be required between the second and third examination and between all subsequent examinations. The waiting periods commence on the date the examination paper is graded.

(b)

Fee. The fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) or ten dollars ($10.00) required in section 7-142 shall be required for each examination.
