§ 5-20. Order of inspection.

Latest version.

All construction shall be inspected by the building inspector as follows:
(1)

After foundation and slab forms are set; prior to foundation, slab, and after preliminary rough plumbing;

(2)

After foundation, slab, framing and roofing and prior to covering walls;

(3)

When the work is fully completed and ready for use there shall be notice to the building inspector who shall thereupon proceed to make final inspection.
